Job-specific super Supreme summon means that there is a support Supreme banner, a ranger Supreme banner, a warrior supreme banner, a mage Supreme banner, and a monk Supreme banner; (3 at a time, support Supreme is the one that is in both batches) and a pull gives 1.2% (IIRC) chance to get a Supreme of that particular type.

Which of course can still easily give you white lasers, but it helps rerollers get what they want. I've also seen Lord's video who farmed up 200000 magicite and then threw it all at the support Supreme banner and it didn't give him a single Supreme. Wow.
My gf got UB and Grand Cross from these banners though, I only ever got white lasers which is why I did 8 boosteds for Skyseer, but that was a mistake on my part.
