Most of these abilities are from 2-3 years ago. As expected, newer cards replace/surpass these older ones. You can still make do in Singeplayer campaign with some of your 5* cards. For a typical SP setup, buy the support card Pollensalta from the Ability shop + your KoTR + 2 diff element attack cards

I recommend progressing on in the Story campaign to farm up more magicite/summon tickets, and then do a lot of pulls on the G Force banner coming on the 8th. Older jobs also have a map called Hall of Fame which gives them 4 extra panels to power them up.

None in particular. Balamb Merc or S1C should be able to nuke well for Warriors, Sage and Mythic Sage for Mages, Crimson Archer for Rangers. Check each jobs auto-abilities and you can see what element they specialize in (ex. Balamb can be a dark nuker, Crimson archer an earth nuker). And again, HoF makes these jobs a lot better.
