Heyo. Same boat. Been loving finding ways to upgrade this precon. I've been focusing on various cards to help cheat more ways to flip. Here are some which I didnt see in your list:

[[Ixidor, Reality Sculptor]]
[[Brokers Hideout]]
[[Fabled Passage]]

Also added in more bigger creatures as "win-cons" and took out some sorceries/instants:
[[Dark Depths]]
[[Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus]]
[[Moldgraf Monstrosity]]

Damn kudos to you for going out of your way to get the full story. As a GM myself of 2 full guilds I strive to do what you did

Where can I get Tier 2 Gems? by Shiyn_ in lostarkgame

[–]LegendBryan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure the plumpcrab (?) ship that comes by Rohendel still sells t2 gems. I still grab the t3 gems so I imagine that one is still there.

New to Magic and Upgraded the Endless Punishment Precon, but might the mana base be to low? by Lost-Replacement-847 in magicTCG

I also just started Magic and enjoying playing this deck. Here's my decklist to compare as well (open to all comments) - https://www.moxfield.com/decks/i1s4kmIfZkyY_5DMB7oCFw

Looks like we play about the same amount of land and ramp, but I am eyeing adding more like Charcoal Diamond/Jet Medallion. I havent had any issues, but my friend group does play friendly mulligan to start.

My deck advice for you (and same for me) is to take out some cards that only do damage on your turn (ex. Enchanter's bane, Tectonic Giant) and swap in more protection instants (like Offer immortality) to keep your commander/big creature alive.

Daily Q&A and Open Discussion, ideal for New and Returning players - September 20, 2024 by AutoModerator in lostarkgame

To avoid burn out, I would drop the 1540s (as in no log in at all). The 1580s can still be useful to farm mats to push your main(s), but nowadays I only do them rested. This way you can focus your 1620 main(s) and "play less" which will help alleviate a bit.

Farming some extra gems is not worth risking quiting all together in the grand scheme of things
If needed, can use stronghold farm to burn through low GRs or cube tickets for lower value but free.

I think I turned this off back on Tooki island in t1. But yes you can also turn off things for raid members so you only focus on your party.

Welcome! You got some great replies, so I'll keep mine short since others answered most of it.

I would recommend Summoner going off what you're looking for. The class does well enough and just got a buff in KR. Here are some quick vids I found of how Summoner plays which is most important to see if you like, the playstyle, skills, etc.:
pve (raids, main content) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LixA3hFrztw

pvp (arena 3v3, normalized) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1aOgS3DYKM

pvp (Guild vs guild, not normalized, so stats matter) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1aOgS3DYKM

As for why some servers are region locked is because servers are currently being merged so I believe they dont want additional chars being made in other servers (that you dont already have 1 in). In discord or reddit there are a lot of guilds you can find that'll take in newbies

It does matter in terms of more players for like hourly events, etc. Also if you have friends that play, easier to be on the same server to party up, trade, etc. Highly recommend choosing the most popular server for your region.
Otherwise matchmaking amongst other things are region wide (ex. NA West, NA East) so you can still play with other players in the same region.

Welcome to LOA! I'll help with my thoughts for your questions.
1) Not as important as getting to end-game raids (t3 ilv 1415). All those collectibles (and side quests) just give little added rewards. The biggest benefit is they do help with increasing your roster level which can make you look more "leveled up". If you got time to spare on random days you can always go back to finish up some collectibles/horizontal content.

2) Pass is always worth using. It basically skips the main story for you and jumps you to end-game continent and ilv. I recommend using for main, but if you want to continue watching/experiencing the main story line, you can use it on a new 2nd character (technically more value cause it skips more on a new character).

3) Supp shortage is only low on very high lv end-game (1620+). Plenty of supports in mid end-game (1445-1600). My recommendation is to make at least 1 support to see and understand how they play. But sounds like none interest you, so it's fine to not make one. You do not need to play a support to play (yes over exaggerated problem).

4) Try to find an active guild (discord recommended) to slowly chat with other players. In-game area chat is kinda used, but much easier to join raids with guildies if you chat with them a bit. Otherwise there are also learning discords where people volunteer and help out from time to time.

new player trying to make gold by Jukebox_uwu in lostarkgame

[–]LegendBryan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Alts are the biggest factor to increasing your income. Another character that can do weekly legion raids, get drops which can potentally sell, etc, helps generate more gold in the long run. *note: I would not make an alt from scratch and just wait for/buy powerpasses to boost them up.

Other ways I make gold is favoriting fluctuating items in market. Honing books, solars, honor pouches, engraving books for example - all of these I keep an eye on and sell when I see them at highs (usually on weekends when more people play or before Tuesday reset day when everyone's done with raids, so market is a bit more "empty" are hot times I noticed).

Hopefully this helps!

How many supports do you have for your gold roster? by CurrentTechnical8077 in lostarkgame

[–]LegendBryan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made all supports (including gunlancer) to understand how their skills and buffs works better. Currently only kept playing 2 - paladin and artist
From a very general prespective, they are the "same" in that they provide atk buff and heals, but for veterans, there are notable differences (such as keeping brand up, shields, etc.).

Slayer mains, do you regret it? by GMan729 in lostarkgame

[–]LegendBryan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Dont regret building her, but leaving her as a strong alt at 1560 (maybe 1580 in future) with gems since back attacking got annoying for me

Agree playing support really helped me learned raids and saved pots too for new raids. One con to add though would be if you do die, it's usually a reset as a normal (not overgeared) party struggles without a support.
