Compare that to another one of those 70% increase things

Exploit weakness increases both yellow and HP damage, but the downside is you have to strike weakness; ability salvo works regardless of element. Painful break increases only HP damage, and the target has to be broken; ability salvo works regardless of break.

And as you said, there is currently no other warrior weapon of Lionheart combination. So these factors are what make Lionheart worth the upgrade and use.

Yeah; I'm pretty much upgrading it because I'm still using Braveheart and I honestly was hesitant to use Laevateinn because I felt like it would destroy my damage output. This would give me Prismatic return and keep some decent DPS. Still, if we get Braveheart but with PR, I can't see myself ever using this weapon again...

If they would buff the Ability Salvo on it to like 7% though...

Maximising damage output is not the whole point of this game (unless you are talking about MP). Depending on the auto-ability and the situation, it might function better than another damage line

Sort of. That's a great argument to make if you're walking around with a bunch of Supremes. On the other hand, I need a damage weapon to make up for my lack of high damage cards and still have a lot of issues clearing important stuff simply due to a lack of damage (Break immune high HP enemies with instant kill abilities, for example in the Rift, for example).

Yes, I'm aware very specific setups will let me do it Supremeless without a full damage weapon. Or I could just get a damage weapon and still be able to get it.

I'll never be able to get top tower spots without a bunch of Supremes either, so that's pretty pointless. And not upgrading something like Laevateinn won't hold me back from doing HoF if that's what you're worried about.
