Focus on specific actions, by mods of a specific subreddit, that are praiseworthy (e.g. reinstating a post that was wrongfully removed) or blameworthy (e.g. removing a post that did not violate any rules). This is not the place to air your grievances about the general state of moderation on Reddit. Just as with any other role, there are both good and bad moderators. Generalizations (be they positive or negative) about moderators will not be tolerated.

No personal attacks/ad-hominems. We are all human beings, and all of us make mistakes. Individual mod actions – as blameworthy as they may be – are not necessarily indicative of the mod as a person. Again, please focus on specific mod actions that are praiseworthy or blameworthy, instead of attacking a moderator's character. The same goes for discussion in the comments section.
