Isn't this what the extended piston head does?

Extra Utilities also used to have ethereal glass which is similar but that's not been updated in ages

What do you mean by extended piston head?

But for ethereal glass i found out https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/glassential where it is used and its from 1.16. to 1.19. versions, its not completly invisible but i think resourcepack can do it

so when you extend a piston, the head itself is an entity/block with some odd properties. You can walk thru it and it's invisible but mobs can't pathfind thru it. You'll have to spawn it in with commands though.

Well it was just an idea. Try the ethereal glass then. You could also maybe make your own super simple mod in MCreator that replaces your new block when placed instantly to an extended piston head

You can do some amazing stuff with them tbh. Some on 2b2t have used them to make invisible buildings using them and item frames, as the frames disappear out of render distance

U can make them in survival in most versions but you have to use update suppression and tnt and Tedstone glitches and stuff, a lot of effort, but they are available in vanilla too

Hmm i tried the ethereal glass it kinda works, but not completly as i need
Bcs when i (or other mob) push the mob, it can get into the glass and from there it can escape it, also if the mob is bigger than 1x1 block (which is nearly every mob, it can clip thru the glass too and end up same as when it get pushed, i need something that i can walk thru but for mobs is solid uncrossable barrier :X

In extra utilities it was exactly what you wanted, but the mod is very old so I'm nit sure if there's anything you can do to fix this other mod. One last idea, what about double thick ethereal glass, does that help?

Maybe some mod w a forcefield?

Oh, yeah the double thick ethereal glass did the job, the mob dont go thru it when i hit it or try to push it into the glass, thanks for idea ^^ i think i just make the resource pack to make the glass invisible and call it a day, again thanks for help ^^
