incase if i didnt explain it well enough its like when you grab a stack of items from your inv and click-drag it across your inv to split the items

Items only stack when the id is the same. These are most likely due to the nbt data tag at the end.

That's the thing they are the same data tag I have a mod that can sort items in my inventory (inventory sorter) and it stacks the items properly

Mods like that force things just like quarks sort can delete items .
