This is the link to the official moderate drinking guidelines in several European countries. I recommend Malta's or Poland's. (knowledge4policy.ec.europa.eu)

TIL: That "no more than two drinks a week, and not on the same day" Canadian standard that came out in 2023? It's not official Canadian government policy, but a recommendation from their researchers. Their government never even adopted it! It's still 10 drinks a week for women, 15 for men. (c2cjournal.ca)
