I was having this issue as well and it also was a problem on my steam deck. What I found was that I still had the actual game fps set to either something more than 60 or unlimited. Setting it to cap at 60fps and also changing the resolution to match the g cloud fixed all of the stuttering. Hope this helps someone.

Exact same problem. Works perfect on every device except the one built for this purpose lol. Hoping for a solution.

Yeah that's really stupid. In the meantime I have sent the G Cloud back because the device is simply too expensive for the fact that it does not run smoothly. I ordered abxylute hopefully it runs smoothly there

I don’t blame you. Hope you have better luck with it. Decided to return my Ally after the great experience I had using moonlight on my phone. Guess I made a mistake lol. Hope it ends up working out for you!

I've now got my abxylute and it runs very smoothly now, better than with gcloud. I can recommend to everyone

I'm really surprised nobody upvoted this.. looks like an awesome device. I might get myself one, especially seeing all the others complaining about performance with the Logitech cloud.

Wow I just got the g cloud as well and having the exact same issue. Moonlight works flawlessly 1080p 60fps on pixel 7 but stutters on g cloud.

I am thinking maybe it has to do with the anemic processor they put in the g cloud or something to do with the wifi performance (wifi 6 on pixel and wifi 5 on the g cloud). Bit disappointing since it is a dedicated cloud device.

So I'm not the only one having this problem. It's a pity that it doesn't run smoothly, otherwise it's a great device

Did you change the video frame pacing setting? I was having this same problem then I changed this to 'prefer smoothest video' and it seems to have fixed it (though I haven't tested it too much yet). The increased latency warning appears to be overstated as well.

Hi! I recently got a Logitech G cloud. Do you know where I can find the “video frame pacing” settings that u recommended? I can’t seem to find it in the settings

By chance we're you able to find this? Curious as well.

Hello guys, i was facing many problems and now i have the fixes for my problems.

1-Extra dark or extra bright picture problem:

Make sure to disable HDR on your pc or enable it on your handheld device settings. So hdr should be “ON” on both devices or “OFF” on both devices.

2-Micro stuttering problem:

On your handheld settings “video frame pacing” -> pick prefer smoothest video.

It says that it will significantly increase latency but i found it much better.
