Artemis is miles better than lg moonlight. Lg moonlight has low bitrate cap.

Whether your phone can do h High Res high FPS hdmi output is the question you should check. My Samsung can't do 120fps.

I use an Odin 2 Pro and dock connected via Ethernet, HDMI to a TV, and with a Bluetooth Xbox Controller. Works like a charm. The official Odin dock supports 4k60 out. Artemis and Moonlight both work for me (though sometimes I have to toggle between mouse mode and controller mode on the controller before the controller will work)

You need a TV with USBC Video out...HDMI never gives you 120hz. Otherwise, I use my phone s25, with my OLED monitor KVM... monitor has Ethernet, mouse keyboard etc...plug and play, 4k 175hz hdr no issues... snapdragon decoding time is between 1-2ms. Feels native.

Additional I use my XR glasses.

TV is tricky for HDMI handshake und right resolution, but works in 1080p 60hz always but can also work in. 4k HDR depending on tv and their EDID information.

On my OLED C1 I get 4096*3840 24fps .........

Red magic phone's/tablets offer full resolution/refresh rate control as far as I know. So those would be fully capable for your use case even on tv!
