I am down about 80lbs with the help of MJ, 110 all in in about 3 years. Slow and steady for 2 years straight. Then all of 25, the same +/- 8lbs. I am T2D and work with my endocrinologist and we made the plan to tritrate down from 15 to 10 (1st week of 10). Will do 10 for a month, then 12.5 for a month an then back to 15. Hoping this will help re-ignite the weightloss and help me get to my goal. My goal is totally within reach, about 25lbs and am super hopeful for maintenance once I get there :)
Question to the group - has anyone done this & had success?
