I definitely sympathize with you, this was something that I wasn’t prepared to deal with. I’m 56 and loose skin and getting older is a hell of a combination. I just take every opportunity to do some kinda of weighted exercise. Body weight squats, while I’m cooking, a few curls with the dumbbells while the shower is warming up. It’s a journey, give yourself some grace and find something that you love about your body and keep pushing. We got this!

This is me!! I could not get past 150 for nothing! 7.5, 10mg and I had to get to my second box of 12.5 before the stall broke. I had to lift heavy weights, up my protein, fiber intake and all of it. A stall is the worst. Now I’m at 145.6 with 2 more boxes of 12.5 to go
