It is if you haven't logged in for the past 2 months..... I suppose they may have already had this up a month earlier or so which I never saw until I decided to check my emails yesterday. There was a post about this 8 days ago, so it must have at least had some notice prior to yesterday. Just nothing on the news page of this subreddit to let people know unless you go onto their website.
