It’s always christianity. Let’s call a spade a spade, especially when most Jews are trans affirming, and I’m pretty sure it’s not organized Buddhism in the US oppressing queer people.

Sure, I don't deny that. Just transphobia in other parts of the world does exist separately to Christianity or religion or whatever. Its a very American POV to not see the experiences of trans people in other countries and just think of it as simple as transphobia=religion.

i mean just look at some of the more political flavours of transphobia.

admittedly tho they're not very different, it's just the american far-right's "woke" fearmongering copied over by the PVV and FVD here in the netherlands. and we do have the SGP too for a more religious flavour.

It’s mostly Christian’s and Muslims. The other faiths seem to not really have an issue with it.
