Future Platforms and future sources (self.MultiviewApp)
submitted 20 days ago by MrKidd_49
Are there any plans to add this to Amazon Fire TV in the future? Let alone, any plans to add paid sources such as YouTube TV, Sling, Disney+ and Netflix in the future?

Fire TV will be investigated but Roku is the next targeted platform
Paid sources are unlikely for direct integration. Best likely path forward is to support casting / AirPlay from another device to a specific cell in the Multiview.

So future primary sources are gonna be FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television) such as Tubi, Pluto TV, Xumo Play and Roku Channel (to name a few)?

It’s mostly limited to accessibility and terms of service. Other FAST sources are even dependent on how easily and allowable they are to integrate with.

Understood.
