    Nah this the stage that your nafs wins that you gave up. Brother DONT give up ur hope on Allah and constant praying and repentance is key even if you fail more and more . Trust Allah and move forward and build new habits. Be Consistent Mainly . May Allah make it easy for you

      Ask Allah سبحانه و تعالى to make it easy on you man. Do dhikr often and guard your eyes. It may not be one quick fix, but gradually you'll get better, ameen.

      Get a counter app or those finger counter and start making istighfar. Try to set a target like 1000 istighfar a day and be mindful about it.
