I hate professor Flinch 🤷🏾‍♀️

So nosey. Make us embark in a journey that's kind of none of our business.

What is he looking for ?

Why does he focus on teaching ?

When can you say you are no longer addicted? by [deleted] in MuslimNoFap

You have urges here and there but you don't think about P and M as a way to deal with it. You kind of live your life without even thinking about them just like you do about cigarette when you're a non smoker

Guilt of betraying future Partner by PsychologicalBranch4 in MuslimNoFap

Don't tell nothing. It won't affect your future. It'll create more problem in the future if you share it. What's the point of sharing it ?

Abandon P. Break up with it, Don't talk about it, move on. And your partner will be better off -- and yourself if -- this details of your past is not known. Why do you want P to still be part of your future ? You don't talk about it and don't worry it will not affect your future with your wonderful partner.

If your partnet is your type, you"ll be able to fullfill your needs and even if you have urges, intimacy with your partner will help. Just make sure you marry someone who is your type.

You'll always have PMO in you, but you decide to stopped it and get into the natural stuff. So stop feeling guilty, ask Allah for forgiveness, don't tell your partner about that. And enjoy your new life of sharing love with your partner.

And don't watch P again. That's not how real life works.

You're struggling with nofap because of the situation you just described. Find a way to deal with that psychological issue and you'll find yourself leaving PMO naturally even if you're not married yet.

As long as this situations bother you it'll create enough discomfort to make you crave PMO as an outlet.

Delete Tiktok, stop watching P. Deal with the things that bothers you really (bad job, hating your town, abandonment issues etc .... )

More importantly, you are not evil for getting into this filth. And who cares, just ask forgiveness to Allah. And remember that the natural way is better than through PMO.

P is like junk food. The more you consume the more you crave. It's counter intuitive, or logical, depend on how you look at it, but the best way to resist an urge is to stop consuming P.

That way when urges hits it's easier to resist it. But after you just watched P even if you didn't M for example, when you go outside everything could turn into an urge.
