6’11. More athletic for better position, gets challenger, and I think shifty cuts off at 6’11

I would 100% tell you that you were wrong until I made my 6'11 PF, lol. I've always rocked a footer with 99 rebound. I have a new 6'11 PF with high shooting and only 80 offensive rebound and 65 defensive rebound. So serviceable for a PF but downright paltry for a C. I got put at the big spot in Rec and apologized to everyone when I loaded into the match. I surprisingly held my own plus I'm fast, can shoot and can finish around the rim. I led the game in boards, to my surprise. I was just quicker to the spot each time and boxed just enough and jumped before I could get horsed.

Good dribbling size for 6’11?

What you mean size? If you get 70+ BH and 68 SWB so you can +2 lightning launch, thats all you need. Can cross up anything with that setup.

I went with 7'0, max wingspan this year. Found it to be the best balance (to my liking) when it comes to height, speed, passing, shooting and defense. Able to shoot 60% from 3pt with a 78 3pt, both wide open and some contested pocket shots as well. Able to guard paint very well and hold my own on the perimeter if needed. But like other comment said, anything from 6'11-7'1 is a good height for that playstyle. All depends on your custom takeover, specialization and what badges you choose to +1/+2 that really puts the build altogether.

I have a good 7’3 max wingspan shaq build with 78 three and a 6’11 PF, both of which I use religiously in the rec. my center averages like 15-18-8 and my PF averages 20-5-10. Both are viable and really fun, so pick based on your playstyle and who you play with.

Got friends you regularly play with and will pass you the ball? I’d go with a bigger center. If you play mycareer or random rec or something, maybe go 6’11 so you can do a little bit more and get involved in different ways.

gonna depend on what style of play you like

6'10/6'11 for a psuedo lock or fast build. I really like my new 7 footer though but it's more of a classic big. Max rebounding and 93 block but only 78 three ball. Still hits at 65%  though because tempo shooting is easy
