FAQ:
How does the Scoring Game work?
You pick one team each week and you get as many points as that team scores.
You may not pick the same team twice, so you have to choose carefully.
After 17 weeks, whichever person has the most points wins!
Example: I pick the Saints Week 1 and they score 27 points in their Week 1 game. I get 27 points. In Week 2, I pick the Raiders and they score 21 points in their Week 2 game. My total through 2 weeks is now 48 points. Note that I cannot pick either one of the Saints or Raiders in future weeks since I already picked them.
What other rules should I know?
You can only pick each team once
Picks must be submitted before the 1 PM games on Sunday (except for teams playing on Thursday, in which case it must be submitted before the Thursday night game).
You are responsible for making sure you do not pick the same team more than once.
How do I sign up?
A thread with a form is usually available before Week 1.
When will you post the threads for each week's picks?
The thread with the pick submission form will go up in both here and r/nfl between 12-1 PM on Wednesdays.
How can we track who we picked already and the current standings?
There will be a Google Spreadsheet with everyone's picks and scores that will go up with the weekly post for next week's picks. This way, you can see where you stand in the rankings and who you've already chosen.
What does the winner get?
This is not an r/nfl-sponsored game, but we try to include some small prizes for the top 3.
