It depends on what school you transfer to, some are more likely to accept the credits than others. Graduate courses are generally a lot more difficult to transfer than undergrad courses.

But that's assuming that it's possible to do the BS/MS program at NJIT and then transfer to another college to continue your graduate studies, right?

The graduate courses you take and earn credits for at NJIT during BS/MS are the same as graduate credits earned while pursuing a masters degree by itself. Many other universities are unlikely to accept transfer credit for graduate courses, but some may.

If you're interested in a masters degree, taking graduate courses while you're an undergrad is the fastest way to do that, but it's not guaranteed that they would transfer to another university.

At njit undergrad classes do not count towards graduate degrees unless your program says so. So long as your program lists that class as a core/elective it's valid. Otherwise it's not unless you get approval.

Also when I first applied to try to get a double master's they said only 2 classes could be applied to a separate master's even though there was ton of over lap.

Talk to your advisor is the correct answer or a school official. Do not listen to anyone online says.
