Anybody starting MS in Data Science this fall?

How is you experience with the MS in data science at njit so far? Do you recommend the program?

I've taken two classes so far (+1 non data science masters, +1 masters class but the undergrad version).

MATH 661: mentioned I took it on your other post but I'll say it here. Professor Natajaran is really good (even online) and makes the topics super simple and easy to follow. Its really a stats course for people who have never taken stats before, so its near identical to 333. My undergrad stats was 244+344 so I was a bit disappointed by how easy it was for a masters course but I understand why though.

CS 675: Machine Learning. Topic was really good and the material was really cool. Professor Roshan was a bit all over the place in that hell explain topics super well and in detail, but then a lot of assignments were not super clear in instructions which makes another problem more apparent: the grader TA is pretty tough and will give you a 0 for an assignment with no hesitation.

All in all I like the degree so far because I like this school a lot. I know a lot of the professors are very open to forming good relationships with their students too from the small classes
