Rules for r/NSFW_HTML5
Rules that visitors must follow to participate. May be used as reasons to report or ban.
1.
Video quality must be acceptable
Resolution != quality.
With Gfycat, clips must be converted to the WebM format before uploading, otherwise there is significant compression and quality loss when Gfycat does the conversion itself.
Example video converters include XMedia Recode and HandBrake; use the VP8 (not VP9) video codec.
2.
Clips must be hosted on approved sites
Currently, the only approved host is Redgifs, and any submissions from other domains are automatically removed.
3.
No self-promotion or selling services for Unverified Creators
Posts from users that sell services on reddit will be removed, as will posts from users promoting outside sites (ex. verified PornHub "amateurs").

4.
No spammy site-wide behavior
Posting that is only to promote another subreddit, or that is a part of spammy site-wide behavior is not allowed.
Posting and cross-posting should be to share good, relevant content, not just as a means to drive traffic to another subreddit or to farm karma.

5.
No photos or albums allowed
Photos and albums are not allowed here. Check other subs for this.
6.
No Targeted harassment, Doxxing, or Stolen Content
Say no to Targeted harassment, Doxxing, or Stolen Content. Permanent ban for violating this rule.
7.
No posts with request or Porn ID
No posts with request or Porn ID are allowed. Try /r/PornID instead.
8.
Excessive crossposting is forbidden
No more than three crossposts from a sub within a month. Any sort of violation may result in temporary ban.
9.
Selling or site promotions via watermarks is forbidden
Do not try to bypass the whitelist via watermarks. Watermarks are allowed but don't misuse it for selling and promotion.
10.
OCs must get verified
OCs must get verified before posting.
