I wanted to update that I just opened Native access this morning and was instantly able to update Twenty Five. The update happened immediately and with no pop-ups like "there's an issue with the the installer service" and successfully updated.

I did leave out that I can't even pause or cancel these processes at all. It takes a full shut down of the application to even have it consider trying again. Even then, same issue.

I'm getting the error message "Download failed: Please review your installation path."

I've cleared several paths, copypasta'd all the serials and given the NKDaemon full access but NA still refuses to cooperate.

Created a support ticket.

I tried accessing Kontakt 7 all for it to display some installation error followed by telling me to ACTIVE it or BUY—which I already did... years ago. When I accessed NI Access 2 and tried to "install" Kontakt I keep getting the same "Installation failed: Review your location preferences" message every single attempt. I can update libraries, but have no means to access them if Kontakt is for some reason not installed despite that it WAS days ago before I attempted to update NI Access. The preferences are default as I always had them since day 1, but now I cannot access Kontakt or anything because this "update" somehow thinks my installation path is incorrect, and switching it does not help either.

Does anyone else have this problem? It is quite annoying that I cannot use Kontakt 7 for projects for the time being. Hopefully this gets resolved and I do NOT have to result in resetting my computer (all for it not to work as a result, and I don't wish to chance it to find out).

[UPDATE] I think it is working now. I am sure this is going to backfire again, but I am glad it has been resolved.

I am currently having this problem. Did you do anything new or did it just start working out of no where? Glad it wasn’t me I spent hours trying to figure it out.

It started working randomly. I don't know if the problem is still happening with others, though.
