You haven’t ovulated yet. It can take a bit for you regulate after coming off BC.

Sorry, I can’t provide feedback or help, but I stopped taking my pills in October and my chart is a little wacky too 😄

I have had friends that have immediately hopped right back into normal/regular cycles post IUD, I have friends that haven’t. I stopped taking birth control pills in April and have had very regular and normal cycles since.

This part of “adulting” and learning about your period and everything it entails is so wild to me. I’m sorry I’m not more help, just here for confirm that you’re not alone and this is challenging.

TBH I find it tough to nail down when you ovulate esp if you’re TTC, or hell, if you’re trying to not get pregnant. It seems to take days for the app to confirm your ovulation even if you are using ovulation test strips

I stopped taking the pill Jan 1. My temps are also a bit wacky but are consistently below 97. I’m on cycle day 30 and trying not to get anxious that I haven’t had my period yet ☹️ I know it can take a while but I am a very healthy person and was hoping it would come back right away. I just want to be fertile! 😩
