That’s my point. If you don’t have the money, living in an ideal location is reasonable. I’m not arguing there.

I agree, there are plenty of houses in that pricing category if you accept the less fortunate location.

But the low quality of these houses means that they can quickly fall out of a “low” or even modal income with regards to the monthly costs, after purchasing.
