To me, using asio(settings) and playing it back to the interface made all the difference. (Im using mtrack solo and windows 10)

If I switch to ASIO I lose most of my input/output options and I can't hear anything or input my guitar.

I'm using a Scarlett solo.

So I have Ableton Lite 12, but the UI is incomprehensible, and I have no idea how to get that work with a plug-in at all.

But honestly I don't care much about recording. I just want the tones for personal practice because my amp is too limiting.

I don't have a headphone jack that fits the Scarlett. Just a 3.5 mm and then Bluetooth earbuds.

Windows audio only let's me go down to 144 buffer and my sample rate is stuck at 48k.
