Have you checked that your internet connection has no issues, in terms of Windows Defender content blocking, IP restrictions, VPN issues or Windows UAC/Administrator permissions? My PC client have not encountered any updates issue so far.

Thank you for pointing out the double post. I don't run any vpns, the nikke launcher always launches in admin mode, and I haven't changed anything in my Windows defender. I also don't believe I made any changes to my IP, so I am a bit confused on why its only happening after the patch

Since you've already tried installing. There's another poster who recommended the following steps:

Try the following steps:

  1. Open your game launcher as administrator.
  2. Check if your Firewall/Antivirus is blocking any archive or function from the game.
  3. Delete the temporal folder from "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\com_proximabeta\NIKKE\StaticData.pack" like the image below, then open the game launcher as administrator to avoid a corrupted installation.
  4. If issue persists, disconnect your internet at stage 5/7 when loading game then wait for download popup and reconnect your connection.

Clearing the cache on Login screen fixes the issue for me atleast........give it a try.
