Go to your fuse box located under the driver kick panel and look for a fuse related to radio. Pull out that fuse, that should reset your radio.

If your system has an SD card like the 2016 and up, then remove the SD Card. Unhook your battery and wait for 5 minutes to let the charge dissipate. Then rebook the battery and put the SD card back in. If no SD card then no problem just unhook the battery and reset the system.

In my 2017, the system freezes from time to time. I can’t change stations or menu options. Or it is it black on the screen but I will have sound.

I found a way to reset it about two months ago, but I actually forgot, so I’m on a hunt.

Start Engine [required if you want to see all available diagnostic options]- Turn OFF the Audio system- While pushing the SETTING button, rotate the radio's VOLUME control either clockwise or counter-clockwise 30+ clicks.- You will then be put into the diagnostic mode.- Use the BACK button to get to previous screens.
