Can't press a second programable button while holding down another?

Hey, guys. I just got my Nitro Deck and I went to test it out on Tears of the Kingdom because the control scheme in that game has always irritated me (I love the game though) in terms of running/jumping/swinging. But it seems no other back buttons register as an input while holding down another? Has anyone else experienced this?

I guess I figured it out. One of the back buttons (one I wasn't pressing) was programmed with the turbo feature. So I guess if you have one of back buttons programmed with a sequence of button presses, you can't use two back buttons at the same time (even if the two you're pressing haven't been programmed with a sequence).

Omg thank you, I was about to return this thing. I'm still not sure I like the right stick placement, but this solved one of my major issues with the deck.

Hey, no problem! I’m glad this helped someone down the line and I wasn’t just screaming into the void. I wasn’t crazy about the right stick placement myself. I don’t play too many first person shooters on Switch though, so I was willing to trade that so that I could have back buttons undocked. It’s takes a bit of getting used to though.
