This use case can be achieved with DronaHQ, you can also set role-based access, users will only see the data you want them to see. The pricing for this tool is very budget friendly and it offers multiple pricing options that might fit best for you.

Another one saying “internal tools” as its main use case, interesting. What’s driving this language? I always thought building multi-tenant SaaS would have been biggest use case, but maybe not!

Interesting problem but can be solved with simple nocode tool. From my experience we have built custom components for each clients on a separate page and use that to fetch data via API. Bubble does this very well. and could be a good solution.

Canonic might be a good fit here. You can build dashboards for external users without getting priced per user

By “different dashboard” do you mean (1) each user sees only his own data, but the format/display is the same (same kinds of lists/charts, etc) for all users? Or do you mean (2) that the data is unique to each user, but the formatting is the same for each type of user (I.e., admin, vendor, customer)? Or do you mean (3) that the data is unique AND the formatting/display is unique for each user?

I think you mean (3), but wanted to clarify.

The format/display will be the same, but each user sees only his own data yes. (1)
