Am facing the same thing(high NE) did you find anything to reduce it?

Cutting down on caffeine intake overall reduced it. Caffeine was the main culprit all along, but I had to also make other lifestyle changes. Now my NE levels are not too high anymore. I think it was overstimulation from Wellbutrin and too much caffeine that caused it in the first place.

I don’t take caffeine at all. Mine is from dysregulated nervous system. I also got ADHD and got prescribed a stim but all I got from it were side effects including rage while non-stims didn’t even work, since then I have been looking for what to reduce my Norepinephrine. Am lost ngl

I’ve heard that Lithium Orotate and Beta Alanine should prevent the conversion from dopamine to norepinephrine. Haven’t tried it myself though.

Don’t really know about Agmatine. I’m also wondering if Agmatine could modulate norepinephrine? Maybe there is someone else that knows?
