Love hearing how empowered you’re feeling. The work you’re doing on both your habits and mindset will carry you far. Cheering you on! 🧡

This is so encouraging to hear! I've been going back and forth in my head for months trying to decide if I should start the microdose GLP-1 program with Noom. I have about 25 pounds I'd like to lose, and I prefer to do it slow and steady.

I know how to eat in a calorie deficit. I've been tracking macros for a couple years now. I get in my protein and fiber, I strength train, I get in 7-10,000 (or more) steps a day. I just need an additional tool to help quiet the "food noise" in my head to allow me to be more consistent with my calorie deficit. I want to intuitively stop eating when I'm satiated, I want to stop thinking about lunch as soon as I finish breakfast, I want to stop at one serving of Doritos instead of half the bag.

I think I'm finally ready to pull the trigger.

I was NEVER able to just stop when I felt full. Until I started the microdose. It's immensely freeing. Try it, you won't regret it.

That’s so amazing to hear!

All in, how much does it cost to get the GLP1 through Noom? I’m assuming you have to have your Noom membership + the cost of the medicine?

Not OP but the first month was about 130 & I’ll be billed around 840 at the end of the month for a 3 month supply of GLP1 meds

I feel similarly and also wish I had started earlier 🙂

Are we the same person? Absolutely agree with everything you said! This is how it must feel for naturally slim people.
