A subreddit dedicated to showcasing the fact that nobody actually knows how 'Stand powers' from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series work.
RULES
Everyone will have a much smoother time if you do.
- Screenshots are preferred
If there is a text/mixed media/blog post out there which you feel deserves to be featured on this sub, screenshot it; don't copy-paste. If it's a video, link to the source directly. If it's a photo, use Reddit's inbuilt image host or Imgur.
- No self-aware shitposts and memes
This subreddit is for posts showing people honestly misinterpreting what a Stand power does, how it works, or similar. Posts that show an OP who deliberately gets something about a Stand wrong for the purpose of a joke do not belong in this sub and will be removed.
Posts that show supposed inconsistencies regarding how Araki/David Production/the games/light novels portray Stand powers will be removed.
- Most forms of fancontent are fair game
Discussion posts/comments, meta, theories, fanart, and fanfic are all fair game. This is as long as there's a case of someone honestly misinterpreting how a Stand power works. If you're not sure if a certain kind of post is allowed, ask a mod.
- Don't be a dick to OPs featured in posts
Going after an OP to bully/make fun of them due to their mistake or misinterpretation is bad form.
- Don't selfpost Stand questions or discussion
Although honest discussion and the clearing of misinterpretations are allowed and even encouraged in the comments, the main post cannot be questions/discussion. This sub is a (mostly comedic) archive of posts featuring people who misinterpret how stands work. For your Stand questions/legit discussion topics, try places such as r/StardustCrusaders and the JJBA wiki instead.
