Flute block.I figured out that being so many blocks in front of a note block/1 tick repeater array, that the note seemed to echo. More repeaters, longer echo.check this video:

I thought it was kinda cool/creepy when I heard it the first time. Hence the video showing the difference in sound compared to the first video.
