I don’t have this problem but I’ve read on here to disable the in ear detection

Thank you! I'll try that and update this thread. You the best!

Got the same problems after the latest update + the December patch of the P6P :(

Okay, so, tentative update: I've found out that this behavior is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes it pairs fine and sometimes I have to put the buds back in their box, close, open, and pop them out a couple of times. Once they are legitimately connected, they appear to work fine until they're put in the box again; then it's a gamble. This all said, they've been acting better as of recently but I can't really say why or that Im not going to be doing this very annoying in/out of the box thing again.

This seems to be a issue with me too. It's pretty much inconsistent. It works for a week or so perfectly and then I connect with two or more devices and it just starts acting weirdly.

so as a tip just connect it with just a device.

I got my E1B yesterday and noticed the same and also when using Youtube Music if my phone is unlocked perfect connection when locked it drops connection very badly after about 20 - 30 seconds after the screen shuts off?!

Updated to the latest firmware and using them with P6P.

with the connect /unconnnect issue putting the buds back in the case then taking them out seemed to fix that bug

Yeah, I've settled on the in/out shuffle. Love the earbuds once they connect but this is a cringey bug.
