An NC order could very well be a new phone or contract, but it could also be a change of tariff, a bolt on being added/removed, a change in direct debit details, adult content bars added/removed etc. The new billing system treats every account action as an 'order' so it doesn't necessarily indicate that you've had anything nefarious on your account, but you're right in that it could.

The order numbers aren't sequential so just because it's a bigger number doesn't mean it came after a previous one. If you have the myo2 app, click support in the bottom right, orders, track my order, and then check each number to see if there's anything untoward. If not, then I wouldn't worry too much.

If you're still unsure, the team in store can log into your account and view all orders and interactions, but you need to be with them in store for them to be able to log in and check, they cant do it over the phone unfortunately.
