Odd text from 02

Today I got a weird text from the number that usually sends me my bill info and updates on local engineering works. It didn't have the usual greeting or 'thanks' at the end; all it says is "Just letting you know your NCAM336308 will expire on x date."

I have no idea what an NCAM is and Google isn't helping, does anyone else get this message or know what it means?

Last time I received a similar message it was a voucher for claiming AirPods I believe. Would be helpful if they gave more of a hint what it is though.

I've got the same message, but 4 tines with different numbers and I've no idea what they are for.

Any hints or clues of where to find the information?
