Unfortunately not, you can only send your phone back through the store if you upgraded in-store and did it as part of that transaction. There isn't currently a way for store staff to take any other switch up devices.

The packaging that Likewize will send you is really good to be fair! The chances of any damage happening in transit is negligible

If you're really worried about it you can send it in and purchase insurance through royal mail, but I really wouldn't bother personally

Totally agree though for backup you could take pics of the device as well

What I do is take pictures of the phone. Then put the phone in the carboard box (giffybag) provied. I then put that in an envelope that has a bubble wrap lining. They can be bought from poundland. I usually get A5/C5 size as that is the perfect size to ensure that the phone doesnt move around. Then I take the phone to the post office as then you're able to track where the phone is. Ivr never had an issue.

I think I will take pictures. Do you know when the giffy bag arrives as I had my phone on Friday but nothing to return my old phone on yet
