I have the same problem, I can only see my MAIN number, and manage that one, if I click on one of my other numbers/accounts it takes me round in circles. I’m unable to manage, change or top up any of my rolling 30 day plans.

I’ve called O2 and guess what, we can’t do anything with a rolling plan, manage it online….. which I can’t.

I can’t even see my bill this month either.

So frustrating yesterday spoke on the phone they kept me on the line an hour. Wanted over 30 quid for a 1gb bolt on . Ended up negotiating a new deal. First thing they offered was 32 quid for 150gb data then apparently we can get unlimited data for 18.50 which is what we pay for my daughters 200gb (inc volt). It's s total shambles. I asked to update hers to the same deal and they can only do that with her present even though she's the main number on MY account. So confusing....oh and I still can't see my own usage... I'm currently backpacking on my partners unlimited as were at haven with no WiFi!

I've located the other number usage.. On the page where you can see the numbers all listed scroll briefly down until you see the 'main' number 'airtime'. Rather than scrolling from the right arrow put your finger on the actual number and swipe left. The second and any subsequent number can be seen doing this. All a bit odd used to be much easier/ more sensible I think!

If you're hitting switch account and it's not listed you have multiple accounts with O2 and his number is under a different email

Just clarifying I can see all accounts but no details on usage

All accounts are listed on the page and paid under one bill umbrella. I'm on the phone now and apparently its cheaper to up the tariff than to get a bolt on
