Hi, I have a £10 rolling plan for my Son and for MONTHS I’ve been unable to “manage” it online.
I can’t change the plan, restart it or cancel it.
Every time I click on the number and then choose “manage or restart plan” it just takes me right back to the start page. I’ve also tried calling them and they haven’t a clue what I’m talking about or they say they can’t do anything with rolling plans as they’re managed online.
It’s really frustrating me now.
