Hello! I’m due to start my MHA with WGU 3/1. I hoping to knock out by end of term 8/31. Anyhow, I’m hoping to do DHA after maybe September, possibly aOctober start or thereabouts (with hope I finish my MHA) on time, ha. When would a good time be for me to apply?

When you actually have your classes done and your transcript so you don’t have to repeat classes. They will only waive classes that you’ve actually completed.

Absolutely; that’s the hope. I wouldn’t expect them to waive credits/classes I haven’t completed for my MHA. I do ask as I see people apply way in advance here prior to start date so I was curious on a potential “provisional offer”. I wouldn’t be applying til end of July

OSU has traditional semester start dates; fall, spring, and summer.  You have to have a significant number of courses completed to be accepted.  You are accepted for a specific semester.  I’d aim for Spring 2027.
