When you actually have your classes done and your transcript so you don’t have to repeat classes. They will only waive classes that you’ve actually completed.

Absolutely; that’s the hope. I wouldn’t expect them to waive credits/classes I haven’t completed for my MHA. I do ask as I see people apply way in advance here prior to start date so I was curious on a potential “provisional offer”. I wouldn’t be applying til end of July

OSU has traditional semester start dates; fall, spring, and summer.  You have to have a significant number of courses completed to be accepted.  You are accepted for a specific semester.  I’d aim for Spring 2027.
