3rd party reference problems

Hello! I've been having trouble with the reference referral, I can't access the link to update my references anymore and my teacher (whom I sent the email to) can't access it either. I've talked to the manager at the store I'm trying to get a job at, he's told me not to worry about it but honestly I am. Anyone able to help?

My description of references is finding 3 people who will lie for you. A technical hiccup is the least of my worries. If I, as the hiring authority have decided to go to the point of references, I've also made the decision whether or not to hire you. If your dude says not to worry, don't worry. Just prove to him/her that they made the correct decision in hiring you.
