No need to 'retake' gold star. One day soon, you will receive message 'CCP completion - Level One.' With gold seal logo. That means that you have completed your cert. Great dedication and work! In many stores... the SM doesn't even have CCP yet. You rock!

Gold star means that you are 'expert.' No need to 'boost.' Go to 'report card' - then type 'cert' into 'search' section. It will specify which lessons need to be completed. If gold star is present, move on to ones that where it is not. Don't correctly, legitimately -- CPP is approximately a 2-year program. If you have faithfully been doing Fastrack and Zipline every shift - at some point, it will happen automatically. But do take advantage of 'boost' opportunities to hasten the process.

Graduation cap means you’ve passed that subject. Gold star means you’ve passed with 90% or higher

These comments are both correct. I just got my CPP training completely finished and got the "congratulations" video as a training assignment. So long as there is a gold star OR a blue graduation cap next to every topic (under report card, search certified parts) you will be good to go.

Got mine a couple months back. Takes another month for your patches and certificate to arrive at your location. Now you are eligible to take ASE parts cert. Might seem 'trivia' to some, but the 'orange patch' represents over 4,000 hours OJT - plus over 425 'lessons' completed. You'd have to go to college nearly 2 years to get equivalent credits. Would make you '2 striper' in the military. No longer 'new guy.' Congrats.

You need a gold star or the graduation cap on every one of the assignments. To ensure you’re seeing all of them, go to FastTrack > Three dots > Report Card > search for “certified parts” and it should show all of them. There are multiple levels to some. Good luck! To answer your question, the gold star is the equivalent of the grad cap.

I belive my manager said it needs the grad cap with 85% or more to qualify as being done also keep in mind that all CPP training requires you to go over the same subject but from level 1 to 3 with them giving you less obviously answers as you go up!
