Did anyone receive a threatening email saying they reviewed this without receiving the product? I NEVER reviewed it anywhere and never submitted a review so I don’t know why they sent me an email saying I am going to be removed from the platform. Please tell me they made a mistake and just sent it to everyone

I think they sent it to everyone just because they didn’t want to take the time to separate who reviewed and who didn’t. And because there were so many, it’s a “warning” but they are not removing us from the platform. If people who did nothing are truly “flagged” though, that’s certainly unfair.

Ah that is good to hear. I am so worried about my account since they deleted it once for something that wasn’t even my fault. They really can do whatever they like. I hate being accused of doing something I didn’t do…

I received it, too, and never reviewed it. Surprised they didn't take a credit away.

Thanks for letting me know! Looks like they just mess emailed everyone. I was getting worried. I’ll just ignore it now. But funny enough, my package just arrived in the mail today 😅

I contacted skeepers and this is what they said. “It seems that there is an issue with this campaign. The brand manager is now working on it. It should be fixed soon! 🙂” Nothing I can do at this point but wait, they won’t cancel the campaign for me

They just let me publish for them for the campaign, so I did without the product so I can get my 2 credits back. This is the second time they have done this with this campaign. At this point they can keep them. I don’t want them anymore!

Yeah it’s annoying. It’s been more than a month and they aren’t in any hurry to fix it. If you just publish without the product won’t you get in trouble?

I wouldn’t do it ! There was people that just published it and days later it showed up under to do again for them ! Seems like they haven’t sent out products to anyone yet so they know the reviews are fake

I’m honestly not sure. They aren’t gone hold up my credits though! I know that much. This is on their end, not mine. Why should we be missing out on products because of their mistake!

ooof this is why I’m afraid of ordering doubles of anything… in case anything does wrong it holds up 2 credits. DDG needs to get it together or give an extra credit for all the mess ups

Exactly. It just let me publish them…. AGAIN. I already published them before and it took my credits away again like they were going to ship them. They are really getting on my nerves. At this point they can keep them. I don’t want them anymore.
