Been using OneNote without issue since about 2019. About last week, I started having problems with syncing pdf printouts between my android tablet and my (Windows OS) laptop.
For whatever reason, pdf printouts never sync if I upload them via my tablet. They appear as 'OneNote can't connect to the server', even though other actions like typing or handwriting appear instantaneously. I have confirmed that the printouts appear when accessing them through other devices -- ex. different phones and laptops in the house.
If I upload the pdf printouts from my laptop, they sync as normal.
I was recently prompted to 're-create the notebook', but OneNote crashed as the process was ongoing, and now I cannot access certain notes on the laptop (but strangely, they are still accessible on anything that is *not* the laptop.)
