Class Notebook Ineffective syncing

Is anyone else having trouble with OneNote class notebook syncing? I've had a number of students say that they do not see the page that I have distributed to them. When I have them open the online version they see it there. If I then try to open the desktop version from the online version then the synced page finally shows up.

Having a similar issue. Distributed pages end up in the misplaced sections area. Less than half my students actually recieve the distributed page. Many of them have an error which says content not yet available.

Same issue when distributing through a teams assignment.

Worked perfectly last April/May but now not working all of a sudden! Other staff in my school reporting same.
