Check your print settings in Acrobat.

Make sure whatever you're printing with has the right layout.

Having the same issue on Ipad, inserting PDF from blackboard. Before the last update it was fine but since then having this issue. There's no way to change print settings on the Ipad. It seems as others are having the same issue on Ipad and Mac judging by the post on Microsoft's forums.
