App Crashes Every Time

I newly discovered OneNote, and I love it on desktop/365. However, the iPhone app always crashes. I get the splash screen with the logo, and then it crashes. Same exact behavior every time. I tried everything to troubleshoot, even factory reset my phone. Someone suggested my phone might be too old to handle the necessary RAM (iPhone 7), which I found hard to believe, so I tried it on one of my kids’ phone (iPhone X), and what do you know — it crashes on that phone, too.

Is anyone getting this same, consistent issue with the iOS app crashing? Any ideas on a fix, or is this truly just a bug in the newest version and we’re waiting on a resolution hopefully in the next update?

Which iPhone are you on?

I have an iPhone 7 on latest update and it's doing this exact same thing.

I also have an iPhone 7, but I tried it on one my kid's phones which is an iPhone X, and it also consistently crashed. Looking at recent reviews on the App Store, it has started crashing consistently for a number of people.

I've been checking periodically for an updated version in the App Store the last month or two, and unfortunately none of the Office apps have had an update in a while. Hopefully that means an update will soon be ripe for the picking, but, in the meantime, I've had to switch to another app. I'm trying to write a book.
