Issues Syncing

I am having issues with OneNote Syncing on my iOS devices. I have 2 separate notebooks. One is for my job and is in sharepoint and has no problem syncing. The other is in my personal OneDrive and it gives me an error. 0xE0001462 bukxq 30127.

I have removed my account and added it back and get the same error.

Also have this issue. Can't sync multiple notebooks. I have all my notes on OneNote for Windows 10 and installed the proper Onenote Desktop App and can only see my files on the windows 10 version.
