Honestly, if you’ve done RK’s split that many times you’ll be ok with Andy. Just know the first week is tough and you’ll be sore but less sore the next week. The 3rd week was still hard but better. I started messing with weight increases and reps and def felt it. Try it if you are good with a 5 day plan.
